We support our customers throughout the lifetime of our relationship, before and after installation. When your audio visual equipment has been freshly installed, we provide technical training that lets our customers, not only get the best use out of their AV system with control, but also to be able to provide first-line fixes. Professional audio visual maintenance and support provided by our friendly and experienced technical team.
Many of our customer relationships stretch back more than a decade, during which time we’ve regularly maintained and upgraded their audio visual systems as required.
We also provide preventative equipment maintenance to ensure our customers get a long lifespan from their audio visual installation, and maximise their investment.
As our clients use their rooms and meeting spaces more, and understand what works for them, we can reprogram audio visual systems or make changes to audio setups on request.
