Maintenance and Support

We support our customers throughout the lifetime of our relationship, both pre- and post-installation. When the equipment has been freshly installed, we provide technical training that lets our customers, not only get the best use out of their audio-visual system, but also to be able to provide first-line fixes. Professional audio-visual Maintenance and Support, provided by our friendly and experienced team.

Many of our customer relationships stretch back more than a decade, during which time we’ve regularly maintained and upgraded their audio-visual systems as required.

We also provide preventative equipment maintenance to ensure our customers get a long lifespan from their audio-visual installation, and maximise their investment.

As our clients use their rooms and meeting spaces more, and understand what works for them, we can reprogram audio-visual systems or make changes to audio setups on request.
