Maintenance and Support

We support our customers throughout the lifetime of our relationship, both pre- and post-installation. When the equipment has been freshly installed, we provide technical training that lets our customers, not only get the best use out of their AV system, but also to be able to provide first-line fixes. Professional AV Maintenance and Support, provided by our friendly and experienced team.

Many of our customer relationships stretch back more than a decade, during which time we’ve regularly maintained and upgraded their audio-visual systems as required.

We also provide preventative equipment maintenance to ensure our customers get a long lifespan from their AV installation, and maximise their investment.

As our clients use their rooms and meeting spaces more, and understand what works for them, we can reprogram AV systems or make changes to audio setups on request.
