Ayrburn is a development unlike anything seen in New Zealand to date. 

Working closely with a team of Australian based interior designers, audio consultants and local architect, JA Studios, this is a project that demands attention to detail at every stage. 

We elected to use the QSYS platform as it provides powerful integrated controls of music, lighting, and HVAC systems whilst allowing the flexibility to scale up as the project grows.

The site is made up of a series of rustic buildings nestled amongst beautifully landscaped courtyards and gardens. 

Music seamlessly blends from inside to out, creating a vibe from the moment you reach the carpark.

Dante inputs throughout the interior and exterior areas allow DJ's and musicians to patch into the house system.

Audio and lighting scenes are scheduled to automatically adjust to preset levels everyday. 

Operational staff have manual control of every audio, lighting and HVAC zone via touchscreens dotted throughout the venues. 

A plan view of each building provides a simple GUI allowing users to raise and lower audio volume, select from inputs, raise and lower lighting levels, and adjust temperature and fan speeds of heat pump systems.

Noise monitoring systems have been installed at boundary locations to provide real time data of operational noise levels and alert staff if thresholds are exceeded.
