Mill Farm

At the western edge of Millbrook, overlooking the Coronet Golf Course, stands a striking residential build that commands its place within the mountainous landscape.

Spanning 816 square metres, the home is composed of five distinct, croft-like structures, unified by a single glazed entry passage — a spine of light and transparency that frames the expansive alpine views.

Its generous scale called for a sophisticated technology fit-out, delivered by Strawberry Queenstown.

13 zones of audio using Sonos and speakers from Sonance and Triad. 

Video
7x TV's with SKY and Apple TV distributed to all and controlled by an RTI control system. A Nexus21 motorised lift reveals a TV hidden at the foot of the bed.

Control
Lighting, undertile heating, and window treatments are integrate and controlled by 43 keypads and 12 sensors across site. House-wide wifi network using Ubiquiti. 

Over 50 switched loads, six universes of DALI lighting, and more than 20 motorised blinds, the home is designed to respond effortlessly to the needs of its occupants.
