Queenstown Penthouse
Overlooking Lake Wakatipu, this 380sqm penthouse was awarded Gold for 'Renovation Over $2 Million' at the Southern Supreme House of the Year Awards.
This lock-and-leave residence combines luxury finishes with a smart system that can be controlled remotely and respond the moment the owners arrived. Lighting, climate, security, window treatments, and entertainment all work intuitively across two levels, five bedrooms, and multiple living spaces.

Strawberry Queenstown installed a Crestron Home control system as the backbone, managing all subsystems from a centralised rack.
Philips Dynalite handles lighting and shade control across both levels, with programmed sequences that respond to time of day, occupancy, and user preference.

Audio has been distributed throughout the home courtesy of Sonance Architectural speakers.
Every bedroom includes a wall-mounted TV, with a multitude of Satellite and streaming content available at the press of a button.

The master bedroom features a Crestron touch panel for local control of lighting, heating, window treatments, and security — eliminating the need to navigate multiple apps or physical switches. All zones can also be controlled remotely, allowing the home to be prepped in transit or monitored while unoccupied.

The system architecture ensures reliability and scalability, with all AV, lighting, and HVAC integration managed through a single, professionally maintained platform.
